Members from the department came together this past Monday night to participate in a Rope Rescue Drill in Valley Forge National Park. Members performed a rescue of a "victim" who was located at the bottom of a 60 degree slope in a heavily wooded area. One evolution continued into the night, challenging rescuers further due to low light conditions. Thank you to the National Park Service and all agencies who made this drill possible.
